Description

You will design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau software, focusing on data from upstream capital markets via Kafka.

Responsibilities

• Extract and transform data from Kafka topics into formats suitable for Tableau analysis in collaboration with data engineers.
• Design and build interactive dashboards that communicate complex data stories to stakeholders using advanced features like calculated fields and parameters.
• Optimize dashboard performance for large datasets by reducing query execution times and improving data loading.
• Implement data validation, quality checks, access controls, and encryption measures to ensure data integrity and security.
• Communicate technical concepts and findings effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience with Tableau dashboard development.
• Strong proficiency in Data Modeling.
• Hands-on experience with Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes.
• Ability to extract and process data from Kafka topics.
• Experience implementing data governance and security standards.
• Ability to optimize complex calculations and large dataset performance.
• Any Graduate degree.
