Description

You will develop business intelligence solutions using Tableau, Python, and SQL to support executive reporting and operational insights.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop executive-level reporting on NetOps performance metrics and prepare materials for monthly and quarterly goal reviews.
• Generate NOC and vertical performance reports including OI, CMTS, SDV, and VOD analysis.
• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly ticket analysis and reporting.
• Build advanced analytics features including root-cause correlation, forecasting, and real-time insights.
• Support leadership with ad hoc insights and recommendations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in BI/Insights development.
• Expert proficiency in Tableau.
• Strong SQL skills for data querying.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Experience with Hyper API.
• Familiarity with ETL processes.
• Experience with API Integration.
• Experience with Omni.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with PySpark.
• Experience with AI/ML integrations.
