Description

You will provide operational and technical support for Tableau Desktop, Server, and Prep to the user community. You will troubleshoot issues, administer tools, and maintain documentation, including SharePoint sites, knowledge libraries, and FAQs. You will develop processes, best practices, and guidance for Tableau usage. You will prepare and conduct training sessions on technical and non-technical topics. You must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot technical issues with Tableau Desktop, Server, and Prep.
• Administer tools and maintain user-oriented communications and knowledge libraries.
• Develop and maintain Tableau processes, procedures, and best practices.
• Conduct training sessions and presentations for the user community.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in analysis, design, and system development.
• Experience with Greenplum, Postgres, SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle, Tableau, Webfocus, or MS Power BI.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Master's or Doctorate degree may substitute for required experience.
