Description

You will provide operational and technical support for Tableau Desktop, Server, and Prep, including troubleshooting, administration, and training.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot technical issues with Tableau Desktop, Server, and Prep.
• Administer tools and maintain user-oriented communications and knowledge libraries.
• Develop and maintain Tableau processes, procedures, and best practices.
• Conduct training sessions and presentations for the user community.
• Maintain documentation, including SharePoint sites and FAQs.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in analysis, design, and system development.
• Experience with Greenplum, Postgres, SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle, Tableau, Webfocus, or MS Power BI.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Master's or Doctorate degree may substitute for required experience.
