You will lead a long-lived engineering team focused on technical excellence, strategic workforce planning, and scalable software delivery using Tableau and advanced database principles.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage staffing strategy to ensure team stability and dedication.
• Conduct performance reviews, align goals, and create career development plans.
• Partner with HR and technical teams for talent acquisition and vendor management.
• Apply engineering best practices to deliver scalable software solutions.
• Participate in the full SDLC, from planning through maintenance.

Required Skills

• Mandatory experience with Tableau.
• 10–12 years of software engineering experience.
• Strong understanding of databases (partitioning, pruning, clustering, etc.).
• Proven ability to manage and develop technical teams.
• Experience with the full SDLC.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with vendor management.
