Description

You will design and implement a data warehouse solution for real estate data, ensuring seamless integration with Tableau reporting.

Responsibilities

• Build a data warehouse in collaboration with existing IT teams.
• Map on-premise real estate data to the centralized warehouse schema.
• Establish nightly automated data loads to ensure warehouse synchronization.
• Connect and load backend data into Tableau for reporting.

Required Skills

• Tableau development and implementation.
• Experience with Blackbaud Raiser's Edge.
• Real estate data domain expertise.
• Ability to read and map complex database schemas.
• Experience setting up automated nightly data loads.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.
