Description

You will serve as a technical expert for CRM Analytics, owning the design, development, and administration of the analytics environment.

Responsibilities

• Integrate Salesforce and external data into CRM Analytics using datasets and recipes.
• Design and develop data visualizations and interactive dashboards.
• Identify and analyze trends within complex structured and unstructured datasets, including JSON.
• Administer, configure, and secure the CRM Analytics environment.

Required Skills

• 10-12 years of experience in data analytics or related roles.
• Expertise in SAQL (Salesforce Analytics Query Language).
• Proficiency with SOQL queries.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce data integration.
• Strong visualization design skills.
• Ability to work with JSON and unstructured data.
• Competency in configuring and securing CRM Analytics.

Preferred Skills

• Degree in any graduate field.
