Lead data analysis and visualization efforts to drive operational improvements and ensure data quality.
Responsibilities
- Conduct complex data research and analysis to deliver actionable results and monitor data integrity.
- Develop and implement customer-centric metrics, reporting structures, and visualization tools.
- Act as the liaison between IT staff and business units to define requirements and deliver dashboards.
- Facilitate requirement gathering sessions to document business and data needs.
- Present status reports, strategic options, and feedback to upper management and C-level stakeholders.
Required Skills
- 8 years of senior-level expertise in business, data, and report development using Tableau.
- 7 years of experience in client data assessment, dashboard development methodologies, and operational process support.
- 7 years of experience acting as a Data Analyst liaison between IT and business stakeholders.
- 5 years of experience developing and documenting business requirements through structured gathering sessions.
- 5 years of experience using business analysis expertise to produce stakeholder reporting deliverables.
- 5 years of experience presenting data findings and status reports to executive leadership.
- Thorough knowledge of System Architecture Designs, System Designs, System Implementations, and System Testing.
Preferred Skills
- 1 year of Tableau experience within the Public Sector.
- Tableau Certification.
- Knowledge of ERP systems and financial modules.
