Description

You will own the development of Tableau reports and dashboards for customers.

Responsibilities

• Develop Tableau reports and dashboards to meet specific customer requirements.
• Create definitions for new metrics to gauge performance and enhance existing data structures.
• Write and execute SQL and Excel analysis for ad hoc data requests.
• Provide Tableau support and troubleshooting directly to customers.
• Collaborate with ETL teams to provide expertise and feedback during new data source testing.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in data analytics.
• Advanced or expert experience with Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server.
• Intermediate knowledge of SQL.
• Solid understanding of ETL processes.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with incident management and resolution processes.
