Description

You will design, develop, and deploy Tableau dashboards to interpret complex datasets from multiple sources.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, test, and deploy Tableau dashboards and data visualization solutions following an SDLC process.
• Collaborate with scientific stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Develop clean, documented source code and perform data preparation including structuring, cleaning, and validation.
• Troubleshoot complex problems and develop work plans to meet project deadlines.
• Identify process improvements and provide guidance to increase data literacy across the organization.

Required Skills

• 2-3 years of experience developing Tableau dashboards, reporting, and visualizations.
• Strong expertise in Tableau dashboard design, development, tuning, and best practices.
• Proficiency in SQL, including joins, queries, and select statements.
• Experience with data modeling and data preparation (discovery, structuring, cleaning, enriching, and validation).
• 1-2 years of experience working with scientific, clinical, or oncology data.
• Experience working in Agile environments, including requirement gathering and story delivery.
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Bioinformatics, or a related field.
• A portfolio of previously built data visualizations is mandatory for the interview.
