Description

You will design, develop, and maintain reporting solutions that convert data into actionable insights for internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build visually appealing KPI dashboards and customer engagement reports in Tableau.
• Develop complex reporting solutions by combining data from multiple disparate source systems.
• Write SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and package data for analysis.
• Verify data accuracy, identify inconsistencies, and recommend corrective actions.
• Coordinate and analyze highly complex reporting requests from various applications.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience building internal and external dashboards and reports using Tableau.
• 2+ years of experience pulling and manipulating data using SQL to create datasets.
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis.
• Strong skills in MS Office Suite, including Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word, and Visio.
• Experience managing and analyzing data from multiple disparate systems.
• Ability to work independently on self-guided tasks while collaborating effectively in team environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience extracting data from Google Analytics or SAP Business Objects.
• Bachelor's degree in statistics, mathematics, business, marketing, or management.
