Description

Design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports that meet business requirements and ensure high-quality data visualizations.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain Tableau dashboards, reports, and data pipelines feeding the Tableau server environment.
• Work with business users and architects to analyze data sources, develop data models, and implement recommendations.
• Optimize and troubleshoot Tableau reports for performance and assist with ADA testing and data quality efforts.
• Utilize SQL for ETL processes to collect, transform, cleanse, and store data in a privacy-preserving way.
• Establish standards for data processing, visualization, and technical documentation.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of advanced experience with Tableau Desktop, Tableau Prep, and Tableau Server.
• 8+ years of SQL experience for data analytics and ETL.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science & Information Technology, Business (Data Analytics), Statistics, or Data Science.
• Expertise in data visualization principles and effective dashboard design.
• Experience with Javascript and Tableau extensions.
• Knowledge of ADA compliance and tools.
• Ability to perform qualitative and quantitative analysis, including predictive modeling and data mining.
• Strong ability to reconcile data and troubleshoot user-reported issues.

Preferred Skills

• Demonstrated experience in projects to promote health and racial equity.
