Description

Design, develop, and deploy Tableau dashboards and SSRS reports to meet business requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design analytical dashboards using advanced Tableau capabilities, including parameters, actions, tooltips, and APIs.
• Build and automate datasets using SQL or Hive to prepare extracts for Tableau.
• Lead the development of BI solutions and prototypes focused on performance and usability.
• Extract and normalize data from relational databases while ensuring data integrity.
• Collaborate with business contacts to interpret data needs and communicate risks or blockers.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Tableau report design and development.
• Advanced proficiency with SQL and writing complex stored procedures.
• Extensive experience with data modeling and relational database structures.
• Hands-on experience with Hadoop, Hive, SSIS, Oracle, or Teradata.
• Experience working with incident management backend datasets such as ITSM, Maximo, or ServiceNow.
• Strong ability to write calculations in SQL or Tableau based on advanced queries.
• Knowledge of banking processes.
