Description

You will design, develop, and manage advanced analytics dashboards and BI solutions using Tableau for web and mobile platforms. You own the end-to-end lifecycle from requirements gathering to post-launch enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Tableau dashboards integrating Oracle, Sybase, and Big Data backends.
• Integrate data from various sources, ensuring optimal data models, cleansing, blending, and aggregation.
• Monitor and enhance dashboard performance, optimizing data extracts for rapid load times and efficient retrieval.
• Develop automation scripts for trigger-based extract refreshes and manage Tableau Server administration on Linux.
• Fine-tune SQL queries for efficiency, troubleshoot data integrity issues, and assist with architectural enhancements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in application development and dashboard implementation using Tableau.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, Oracle, and Sybase database technologies.
• Experience with Big Data environments and ETL processes.
• Proficiency in Linux server administration and deployment.
• Skills in Data Visualization and Dashboard Development.
• Ability to manage Tableau Server upgrades, installation, and content deployments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Tableau Prep Flows and API development.
• Knowledge of data cleansing, blending techniques, and performance optimization strategies.
