You will design, develop, and maintain insightful dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports based on specific business requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, define, and translate data visualization needs.
• Optimize existing dashboards for improved performance and scalability.
• Perform data analysis to generate insights that support business strategies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Tableau.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Tableau development.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for querying data from relational databases.
• Expertise in designing and maintaining complex Tableau dashboards.
• Solid understanding of data visualization principles and best practices.
• Experience with data warehousing concepts and relational databases.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Ability to work directly with business stakeholders to define reporting requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with large datasets from various data sources.
• Knowledge of ETL processes and data modeling.
• Tableau certification.
