Description

Design and implement data visualizations and dashboards to drive business insights.

You will own the end-to-end development of Tableau reports, translating business requirements into functional, high-performance solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop calculated fields, sets, parameters, and data connections to optimize dashboard performance.
• Translate business requirements into functional Tableau dashboards and reports.
• Collaborate with data engineering teams to ensure data integrity and availability.
• Perform troubleshooting and performance tuning on existing Tableau reports.
• Manage tasks within a multi-vendor team environment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on Tableau implementation experience.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and querying.
• Experience with various source integrations.
• Ability to adhere to coding standards, risk, and controls.
• Proven experience in team management and task oversight.
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder collaboration.
• Degree in any graduate field.

Preferred Skills

• Willingness to learn and work with Process Intelligence Tools such as Process Mining or Task Mining.
