Description

You will own the development of production Tableau reports and dashboards while providing technical leadership to the team.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end development of Tableau reports, dashboards, and ad hoc analyses.
• Provide technical guidance, oversight, and coaching to junior and mid-level developers.
• Collaborate with ETL teams to test new data sources and provide feedback on data architecture.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to reporting products and software alerts.
• Define new metrics and implement standards for reporting and analytics.

Required Skills

• Advanced or expert experience with Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server.
• 5+ years of experience in data analytics and reporting.
• Intermediate knowledge of SQL for data analysis and troubleshooting.
• Solid understanding of ETL processes and data architecture.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Proven ability to work with limited direction and solve complex problems.
• Strong ability to define and implement reporting standards and best practices.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with incident management and resolution processes.
