Description

You will design, develop, and manage Tableau dashboards and BI solutions to meet business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design wireframes and beta dashboards with a focus on user experience, consistency, and visibility.
• Gather, clean, and normalize data from multiple sources to prepare it for analytics.
• Create, test, and publish dashboards, including scheduling refreshes and defining access controls.
• Troubleshoot performance issues within workbooks and data sources.
• Oversee Tableau installations, architecture, and platform management.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Tableau development and dashboard operations.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and relational database management systems.
• Expertise in data modelling and standardization.
• Advanced Excel skills, including macros and pivot tables.
• Experience with Tableau Prep tool.
• Knowledge of Tableau administration and architecture.
• Ability to query and visualize massive datasets while optimizing workbook performance.
• Competency in complex mathematical and statistical functions.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical specifications.

Preferred Skills

• Experience using algorithms and statistical approaches to extract data insights.
