Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of complex enterprise reporting solutions.
• Partner with senior business stakeholders to define analytics requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
• Drive data storytelling by delivering actionable insights that influence strategic business decisions.
• Optimize and enhance dashboard performance, ensuring scalability, usability, and best practices implementation.
• Architect and manage data models, data sources, and extracts for enterprise solutions.
• Ensure data governance, quality, and consistency across all reporting solutions within the organization.
• Collaborate with data engineering teams to design and implement robust data pipelines.
• Mentor junior developers and promote best practices in data visualization and analytics.
• Act as a subject matter expert for data visualization standards and implementation.
• Lead documentation efforts, including data definitions, architecture, and development standards documentation.

Experience Required: 5+ years of experience in Tableau development, with a strong portfolio of enterprise dashboards. Advanced proficiency in Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server, and/or Tableau Cloud. Strong expertise in SQL and working with large-scale relational databases. Deep understanding of data visualization principles and UX best practices. Hands-on experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and data architecture. Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field
