You will design and develop interactive Tableau dashboards to optimize reporting for employee survey results.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop interactive Tableau dashboards specifically for employee survey results.
• Collaborate with P&O and Finance Transformation teams to translate requirements into data visualizations.
• Optimize Tableau dashboards for performance and usability.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all visualizations.
• Document development, deployment, and maintenance best practices and provide training to product owners.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Tableau Developer.
• Proficiency in Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
• Proven experience or certifications in Tableau development.
• Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly and concisely.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Any Graduate degree.
