Description

You will design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports that transform complex financial data into actionable insights. You own the full lifecycle of business intelligence solutions, from requirement gathering to deployment and user support.

Responsibilities

• Design and build production-grade Tableau dashboards and visualizations that address specific analytical needs.
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and load data from multiple database sources.
• Collaborate with business analysts and finance stakeholders to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Optimize existing dashboards for performance and user experience while troubleshooting data integrity issues.
• Maintain documentation, version control, and development standards for all BI artifacts.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of professional experience building production-grade Tableau dashboards and visualizations.
• Advanced SQL skills with experience in SQL Server, Oracle, or cloud platforms.
• Proficiency in Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server, including calculated fields, table calculations, and parameters.
• Working knowledge of Power BI, including Power Query, DAX, and report publishing.
• Understanding of financial concepts, including metrics, accounting principles, and risk management frameworks.
• Experience with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts, including dimensional modeling and star schema design.
• Advanced Excel proficiency, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data analysis functions.
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.

Preferred Skills

• Practical experience with Python for data manipulation and statistical analysis.
• Background in banking, capital markets, or financial services.
