Description

You will design, build, and optimize interactive Tableau dashboards and data visualizations to support business initiatives.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Write and maintain efficient SQL queries and stored procedures for data extraction and preparation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into impactful BI solutions.
• Maintain data integrity and consistency across dashboards and reports.
• Troubleshoot and maintain legacy ETL/ELT pipelines using SSIS.
• Support SSRS reporting needs and assist with report scheduling and automation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of report development and analytical experience.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Tableau, SSRS, and SSIS.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for data modeling, transformation, and querying across SQL Server, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
• Deep understanding of data modeling techniques, including schema design and normalization.
• Experience with ETL/ELT processes and data preparation.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies for tracking stories and tasks.

Preferred Skills

• Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance industry experience.
• Knowledge of data governance, quality frameworks, and security standards (SOX, SOC 2).
