Description

You will design, develop, and support interactive Tableau dashboards and reports to meet business requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy interactive visual reporting solutions using Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server.
• Translate business requirements into functional and non-functional specifications for BI reports and analytics.
• Manage Tableau site administration, including scheduling, folder management, user access, and performance tuning.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Project Managers, and stakeholders to deliver reporting solutions.
• Conduct data analysis and recommend solution options to support the organization's BI strategy.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business intelligence and dashboard development.
• Advanced Tableau experience, specifically with Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server.
• Strong SQL skills for extracting data from large, complex, and normalized data warehouses.
• Experience with ETL tools and report automation via Tableau Server.
• Proven ability in report specification creation, unit testing, integration testing, and UAT.
• Expertise in diagnosing and resolving complex data and infrastructure problems.
• Ability to manage Tableau site administration tasks.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with healthcare data, specifically Medicaid and claims data.
