Description

You will develop and manage data analytics solutions using Tableau and related platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop Tableau dashboards and data sources for departmental reporting and strategic decision support.
• Implement Earned Value Management (EVM) practices to analyze project performance, track variances, and forecast trends.
• Oversee grant and contract monitoring systems, ensuring compliance with federal regulations.
• Train and mentor users and project managers on applying data analytics and EVM principles.
• Drive process improvements by leveraging data-driven strategies and EVM insights.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in data analytics and reporting.
• Advanced proficiency in Tableau development and data visualization.
• Strong working knowledge of SQL and SQL development.
• Experience with ETL processes, including SSIS.
• Familiarity with Data Modeling, including Kimball Data Modeling concepts.
• Experience with PeopleSoft and other relevant enterprise systems.
• Knowledge of project performance management methodologies, specifically EVM.
• Proficiency with data warehousing or related tools like Empower.
• Experience working with Program Managers and technical stakeholders.
