Description

You will develop and manage data analytics solutions, dashboards, and reporting systems using Tableau to support strategic decision-making.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards and data sources for departmental reporting.
• Implement Earned Value Management (EVM) practices to analyze project performance and forecast trends.
• Oversee grant and contract monitoring systems to ensure federal compliance.
• Train and mentor users and project managers on data analytics and EVM principles.
• Drive process improvements using data-driven strategies and EVM insights.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in data analytics and reporting.
• Advanced proficiency in Tableau development and data visualization.
• Strong working knowledge of SQL and SQL development.
• Experience with ETL processes, including SSIS.
• Familiarity with Data Modeling, specifically Kimball concepts.
• Experience with PeopleSoft and enterprise systems.
• Knowledge of project performance management methodologies, specifically EVM.
• Proficiency with data warehousing tools like Empower.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with Program Managers and technical stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Deltek Cobra.
