Description

Build and maintain dynamic Tableau dashboards to deliver data insights to stakeholders in a financial context.

Responsibilities

• Develop independent dashboards by collaborating with product owners, technology teams, and business stakeholders to define requirements.
• Transform large, complex, or incomplete datasets into digestible visual formats and presentations.
• Identify key themes and insights within data to support executive decision-making.
• Manage change requests and coordinate workloads across the development team.
• Optimize inefficient processes and implement best practices for reporting and data presentation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience using Tableau and other Business Intelligence technologies.
• Proven experience working within a financial organization or a strong understanding of financial concepts.
• Ability to work with large, complex datasets and extract actionable insights.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience translating user needs into technical reporting requirements.
• Ability to design clear, articulate, and insightful visual analytic outputs.
