Description

You will manage and maintain the Tableau Server and Cloud environment, ensuring high availability and security.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain Tableau Server/Cloud environments.
• Manage user accounts, groups, roles, and permissions for data security and compliance.
• Monitor server health, troubleshoot performance bottlenecks, and implement high availability solutions.
• Administer scheduled data extracts, data connections, and workflows.
• Provide technical support and training to users on Tableau platform usage.

Required Skills

• Proficiency with Tableau Server/Cloud, including installation, configuration, and maintenance.
• Experience with scripting tools like PowerShell to automate administrative tasks.
• Ability to monitor and optimize server performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Strong understanding of data security principles and best practices.
• Experience with SQL for data extraction and validation.
• Familiarity with Linux and Unix operating systems.
• 5+ years of experience in Tableau administration or development.
