Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards, reports, and data visualizations based on business needs.
• Analyze complex data sets to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements for analytics projects.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy through thorough validation and troubleshooting.
• Assist in defining key performance indicators and reporting metrics.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in BI Tools.
• 3+ years working specifically with Tableau Desktop and Tableau Prep.
• Proven experience in Tableau development, including dashboard design and optimization.
• Demonstrated ability to design, load, and performance tune the STAR schema data model from flat files.
• Good knowledge of SQL and data engineering best practices.
• Apply data governance best practices to ensure data accuracy.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and generate insights.
• Ability to perform business analysis tasks, including requirements gathering and process mapping.
• Detail-oriented focus on data accuracy and visualization.
