Develop and maintain data visualizations and reporting solutions for business stakeholders.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports based on business requirements.
• Analyze complex datasets to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document analytics project requirements.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy through thorough validation and troubleshooting.
• Assist in defining key performance indicators and reporting metrics.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in Business Intelligence tools.
• 3+ years working specifically with Tableau Desktop and Tableau Prep.
• Proven experience in Tableau development, including dashboard design and optimization.
• Ability to design, load, and performance tune STAR schema data models from flat files.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and data engineering best practices.
• Apply data governance best practices to ensure data accuracy.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and generate insights.
