You will design, develop, and optimize interactive dashboards and visualizations.

Responsibilities

• Design and build insightful Tableau dashboards and reports.
• Prepare and integrate data from multiple sources (databases, cloud, flat files).
• Develop and optimize data models and calculations within Tableau.
• Improve dashboard performance and resolve bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Tableau development experience.
• Proficiency in Data Visualization techniques.
• Experience with structured, maintainable coding and deployment processes.
• Strong client-facing skills and ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience translating business needs into user-friendly Tableau solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Airtable or Smartsheet.
