Description

You will lead the design and implementation of enterprise-grade analytics solutions and manage Tableau Server administration.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build enterprise-grade dashboards using Row-Level Security, parameters, LOD expressions, and advanced visual types.
• Translate ambiguous business requirements into clear, actionable visual solutions.
• Manage Tableau Server administration, including user/group management, content promotion, and usage monitoring.
• Optimize data performance through expert-level SQL and efficient data modeling.
• Drive data storytelling across the organization and manage stakeholder expectations.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on experience with Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server/Cloud.
• Expert-level SQL skills for complex aggregations, window functions, and performance tuning.
• Deep understanding of data modeling fundamentals, including star/snowflake schemas, slowly changing dimensions, and incremental loading.
• Proven ability to implement Row-Level Security and advanced Tableau calculations.
• Experience with Tableau Server administration tasks.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
