Description

You will lead the design, development, and maintenance of business intelligence, reporting, and data analytics solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support dashboards and reports to drive executive decision-making.
• Translate ambiguous business requirements into technical, data-driven analytical insights.
• Perform data mining and exploratory analysis to answer business questions regarding inventory, shrinkage, and manufacturing processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and support business process solutions using data and intelligence.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in BI, reporting, and data application development.
• Expertise in Tableau and data visualization techniques.
• Advanced knowledge of SQL.
• Experience with Teradata and Snowflake.
• Hands-on experience with SAP BOBJ or similar reporting tools.
• Proven track record of transforming business questions into data-driven solutions.
• Experience with data mining and exploratory analysis.
• Ability to work with global and geographically diverse teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Python for data analysis.
• Strong structured thought processes for data integration.
