You will build dashboards and reporting systems to provide visibility into data and performance trends.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop Tableau and Power BI dashboards to create visibility into data and performance trends.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and SMEs to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Partner with IT to ensure data view tables and data sources are accurate and efficient.
• Write detailed business requirements and system requirement specifications (SRS).

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in visual analytics and dashboard development.
• Expertise in Tableau Desktop, including dashboard creation, report authoring, troubleshooting, and data source management.
• Expertise in Power BI, including dashboard creation, report authoring, troubleshooting, and data source management.
• Proficiency in SQL for writing and editing queries.
• Experience building and publishing interactive dashboards on Tableau Server.
• Knowledge of scheduling dashboards for automatic data refresh.
• Proficiency in data blending, action filters, parameters, and calculations.
• Experience testing, cleaning, and standardizing data to meet business standards.
• Proficiency in Azure DevOps or similar sprint management tools.

Preferred Skills

• Experience running requirement gathering sessions with business users.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
