Description

You will provide L2/L3 support for Tableau dashboards, workbooks, and server environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage incident resolution, service requests, and problem management for business users and platform teams.
• Perform root cause analysis for performance issues, data discrepancies, or access problems.
• Collaborate with data engineering and BI teams to ensure dashboard accuracy and timely refreshes.
• Execute minor enhancements, version upgrades, migration support, and regression testing.
• Monitor Tableau servers and automate repetitive tasks through scripting and alerts.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in production support or similar roles.
• Hands-on experience with Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server administration.
• Strong SQL skills.
• Experience with ETL frameworks and data pipelines.
• Proficiency with incident management tools like ServiceNow.
• Experience working with SQL, ETL, Hadoop, and Databricks.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts to manage time-sensitive production incidents.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Postgres, Spark, Cloudera, or Databricks environments.
• Exposure to low-code platforms like Mendix or Appian.
• Experience with BitBucket or BOBJ.
