Description

You will design and manage business intelligence solutions to drive data-driven decision making.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and manage advanced reporting, analytics, dashboards, and BI solutions using Tableau.
• Analyze existing business processes and operations with executive team members to identify key drivers.
• Identify patterns and meaningful insights from extracted data through deep analysis.
• Recommend and execute improvements for streamlining business processes and IT landscapes.
• Create new process flows, operational procedures, and project roadmaps to ensure timely delivery.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Hands-on experience with Tableau for creating dashboards and visualizations.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, including the ability to program within it if required.
• Strong background in Business Analysis.
• Experience with databases and various forms of UI.
• Proven project management skills to drive initiatives from end to end.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with additional reporting tools beyond Tableau.
