You will design interactive dashboards and implement AI-driven analytics to improve business intelligence.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize interactive Tableau dashboards using AI-powered insights.
• Implement Tableau Pulse for real-time notifications and proactive data-driven alerts.
• Leverage Tableau Agentforce to automate workflows and enhance decision-making.
• Perform data cleansing, deduplication, and enrichment using Tableau Prep, SQL, or Python.
• Collaborate with data engineering teams to define ETL pipelines and extract data from diverse sources.

Required Skills

• Expertise in Tableau (Desktop, Server, Prep, and Cloud).
• Proficiency in Tableau AI, Tableau Pulse, and Tableau Agentforce.
• Strong SQL skills for data querying, transformation, and ETL workflows.
• Experience with Tableau Prep Builder for advanced data cleaning.
• Proficiency in Python, AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Hands-on experience with ETL tools and data warehousing.
• Ability to optimize data models for performance within Tableau AI and Pulse.
• 10+ years of experience in data development and analytics.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of machine learning and predictive analytics.
• Experience with People Analytics datasets.
