Description

You will design and deliver data-driven reporting solutions by bridging the gap between business requirements and technical data structures.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain complex reports using Tableau and other BI tools.
• Collaborate with data modelers to design efficient data models and optimize reporting structures.
• Manage extraction and transformation processes required for reporting needs.
• Work across business and technology teams to deliver end-to-end analytics solutions.
• Coordinate with nearshore and offshore team models to execute project requirements.

Required Skills

• 10-15 years of experience in BI reporting and analytics.
• Strong hands-on experience with Tableau.
• Proficiency in at least one of: Qlik, ThoughtSpot, Power BI, Cognos, Business Objects, or MicroStrategy.
• Advanced SQL skills for data manipulation and analysis.
• Experience working with large-scale data warehouses.
• Deep understanding of data modeling concepts, including star schema, fact and dimension tables, and SCDs.
• Proven ability to work within nearshore and offshore delivery models.

Preferred Skills

• 5+ years of tenure in current or recent roles.
