Description

You will design, build, and maintain data visualization and reporting solutions using Tableau, Power BI, and SSRS.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements and develop analytical dashboards leveraging advanced features like parameters, actions, tooltips, and API usage.
• Design and deploy data sets, reports, and ad-hoc solutions for line of business stakeholders, ensuring performance and usability.
• Write SQL or Hive queries to build datasets for extracts and create calculations in SQL or Tableau.
• Own data integrity for assigned projects and proactively communicate risks or blockers.
• Lead the development of Business Intelligence solution prototypes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of advanced experience designing and developing reports in Tableau and Power BI.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, including writing stored procedures.
• Experience with relational databases and data modeling, specifically Oracle, Hadoop, or Teradata.
• Familiarity with incident management backend datasets (ITSM, ServiceNow).
• Experience working in Agile environments using Jira.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work independently.
