Description

Develop and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions using Tableau and Power BI.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and build interactive visualizations and reports in Tableau and Power BI.
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries for Oracle databases.
• Integrate and manage data sources, including Workday and other enterprise systems.
• Perform data validation, quality checks, and troubleshooting for BI solutions.
• Translate business requirements into effective data stories and KPIs.

Required Skills

• 3–5 years of experience as a Business Intelligence Developer or Data Analyst.
• Strong expertise in Tableau and/or Power BI dashboard design.
• Advanced SQL development skills using Oracle Database.
• Experience with Data Modeling, ETL, and Performance Tuning.
• Understanding of data visualization best practices and analytics KPIs.
• Familiarity with Workday reporting or related integrations.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to Workday Studio.
