Description

You will own tag implementation and integration using Adobe Experience Platform and Adobe Launch, ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and optimal customer journey analytics.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage tagging solutions within Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Adobe Launch.
• Configure, test, and maintain tags to track customer journey analytics.
• Troubleshoot and optimize tag management issues to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
• Support stakeholders in using AEP solutions for data analytics.
• Develop and document technical guides and best practices for tagging implementation.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in tag management.
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Launch and Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Knowledge of React or other JavaScript frameworks.
• Understanding of Customer Journey Analytics and data collection methodologies.
• Experience troubleshooting AEP solutions.
• Relevant Adobe Analytics certifications or equivalent credentials.
