Description

You will manage and support the Talend platform, executing production migrations and deployments via CI/CD pipelines. You will handle L1–L3 support, incident management, and platform optimization for resiliency and uptime. Your work includes managing upgrades, disaster recovery exercises, and developing dashboards for capacity planning and status reporting.

Responsibilities

• Execute production migration and deployment of ETL objects and files through CI/CD pipelines.
• Provide L1, L1.5, L2, and L3 support covering monitoring, incident management, and complex development.
• Optimize the platform for resiliency, uptime, and vulnerability resolution within SLA.
• Manage platform upgrades, major/minor releases, and annual disaster recovery and password rotation exercises.
• Develop dashboards for capacity planning, platform resiliency, and executive status reporting.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of IT experience in Talend platform management and administration.
• Proven experience with Talend Platform Management and Platform Support.
• Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with ITSM tools and the ITIL framework.
• Demonstrated experience in Major Incident Management.
• Strong customer and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to implement automation and continuous improvement opportunities.

Preferred Skills

• Cloud computing and cloud platform knowledge, specifically GCP.
