Description

You will manage and support the Talend platform, executing production migrations, deployments, and ensuring platform resiliency through L1–L3 support and optimization.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute production migration and deployment of ETL objects and files through CI/CD pipelines.
• Provide L1–L3 support, including monitoring, incident management, and complex development tasks.
• Optimize the platform for resiliency, uptime, and vulnerability resolution within SLA.
• Manage platform upgrades, major/minor releases, and annual disaster recovery and password rotation exercises.
• Develop dashboards for capacity planning, platform resiliency, and executive status reporting.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of IT experience in Talend platform management and administration.
• Proven experience with Talend Platform Management and Platform Support.
• Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with ITSM tools and the ITIL framework.
• Demonstrated experience in Major Incident Management.
• Strong customer and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to implement automation and continuous improvement opportunities.

Preferred Skills

• Cloud computing and cloud platform knowledge, specifically GCP.
