Description

Lead the architectural design and delivery of customer data solutions, focusing on Talend ETL and mainframe reverse engineering.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define current state, future needs, and architectural designs for customer data solutions.
• Conduct discovery sessions to recommend and implement sustainable data movement and transformation models.
• Design end-to-end batch processes by reverse engineering existing mainframe-based batch jobs.
• Lead Talend ETL development, maintaining Customer Master data integrity and alignment with enterprise standards.
• Validate all solutions against compliance requirements and enterprise architecture guidelines.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in ETL and Data Integration.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Talend, including mappings, transformations, sessions, and workflows.
• Experience designing batch solutions using Qlik Replicate.
• Proficiency in Data Profiling, Data Migration, and ETL methodologies.
• Experience working within Agile frameworks.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor of Computer Science or equivalent graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience or exposure with Mainframe systems and databases such as DB2 or Databricks.
• Talend certification.
