Description

You will design, develop, and support complex ETL workflows and data integrations within a Talend-based data warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute ETL projects, including framework-based workflows to ingest, transform, and aggregate data.
• Build reusable transformations and mappings to implement complex business rules using Talend.
• Provide technical guidance and consultation regarding data warehousing, integrations, and supported applications.
• Write complex SQL to analyze data, troubleshoot issues, and manage data migration or extraction.
• Develop interfaces between software applications and the Talend data warehouse.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of IT industry experience.
• 5+ years of experience in data warehouse architecture and ETL design/development.
• Strong technical expertise in Talend ETL data layer and Talend ETL development.
• Experience with Talend Hash Map development.
• Proficiency in SQL, stored procedures, and complex SQL troubleshooting.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure.
• Experience with data integration tools such as Talend, Informatica, or Data Stage.
• Experience with database technologies including Redshift, Aurora, Oracle, Teradata, or Vertica.
• Experience with Tableau report-writing and dashboarding.
• Knowledge of CI/CD methods.
• Deep understanding of BI/DW architecture, data governance, and data quality.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with agile project development and short cycle iterations.
