Description

You will design, develop, and deploy end-to-end ETL solutions using Talend Data Integration, translating business requirements into functional data mapping and transformation specifications.

You will lead small development teams, conduct code quality reviews, and productionize solutions using custom Java functions within Talend components.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement complex data workflows and transformations.
• Develop custom logic using Java functions within Talend components.
• Lead small teams of 2-3 developers and enforce code quality standards.
• Translate customer requirements into detailed data mapping specifications.
• Productionize ETL solutions following industry best practices.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of industry experience in ETL solution design and development.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Talend Data Integration.
• Mandatory experience with Talend Data Mapper or XML data structures.
• Deep SQL knowledge and scripting expertise.
• Proficiency in Java and integrating Java functions within Talend.
• Experience leading small development teams.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Competency with MS Office tools.
