Description

You will design, develop, and optimize Talend ETL/ELT jobs for batch and near-real-time data processing.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain data pipelines using Talend Studio for integration across databases, files, APIs, and messaging systems.
• Implement data extraction, transformation, validation, and loading processes while ensuring data quality and exception handling.
• Optimize job performance, scalability, and reliability through proactive tuning and root-cause analysis.
• Create technical design documents, operational runbooks, and support deployments across Dev, QA, UAT, and Prod environments.
• Collaborate with business analysts and data architects to translate requirements and enforce data governance and security standards.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in ETL development and data integration.
• Expert proficiency with Talend Studio for building complex ETL/ELT jobs.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing concepts, and batch processing.
• Experience with data quality rules, validation logic, and error handling mechanisms.
• Ability to write clear technical design documents and operational runbooks.
• Proven track record of troubleshooting job failures and optimizing performance.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience with near-real-time streaming data architectures.
