Description

Lead integration projects and technical roadmaps for medium to large scale platform implementations. Manage a team of 3-5 members and collaborate with client architects to define best practices.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ETL solutions using Talend and complex SQL.
• Oversee platform operations and manage technical implementations for large scale projects.
• Analyze and resolve critical system failures to restore operations quickly.
• Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance to the engineering team.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in ETL development and Talend.
• Expertise in complex SQL and RDBMS including Oracle and MySQL.
• Hands-on experience with NoSQL databases such as Couchbase or MongoDB.
• Proven ability to manage and fix critical issues on large scale platforms.
• Strong analytical and leadership skills for rapid incident response.
• Experience working independently with technical teams and stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to Azure Data Factory and Azure API.
• Knowledge of SoapUI or Postman for REST and SOAP services.
• Experience with CI/CD tools including Bitbucket, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.
