Description

Lead data engineering initiatives using Talend and Snowflake to build and optimize enterprise data warehouses.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop ETL/ELT pipelines using Talend for large-scale data integration.
• Administer and optimize Snowflake data warehouse performance, including query tuning and resource management.
• Implement dimensional data modeling (Star/Snowflake schemas) and SCD Type 1/2/3 logic.
• Manage CDC, incremental loads, and data reconciliation to ensure data integrity.

Required Skills

• 8+ years in ETL/Data Engineering and Data Warehouse implementations.
• Hands-on expertise with Talend ETL/ELT development.
• Extensive experience with Snowflake development, administration, and performance optimization.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, stored procedures, and query optimization.
• Deep knowledge of Data Warehousing concepts, EDW, and Data Marts.
• Experience with AWS cloud services and cloud-based data platforms.
• Proficiency in data validation, quality frameworks, and governance.

Preferred Skills

• Azure cloud experience.
• Experience with Informatica and API integrations.
