Description

You will design, build, and maintain secure ETL solutions and data warehousing architectures on-site in Somerset, NJ.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop end-to-end ETL solutions and data flows to support business processes.
• Optimize data warehouse environments using indexing and partitioning for query performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with architects and infrastructure teams to design complex transformations and process designs.
• Validate data flows and perform testing to ensure solutions meet business requirements and security standards.
• Support production environments by resolving job failures, addressing data issues, and performing performance tuning.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Talend ETL tools.
• 5+ years of experience in SQL stored procedures, table design, and query optimization.
• 2+ years of experience with Snowflake Cloud Data Warehouse.
• 2+ years of experience in shell scripting.
• Strong knowledge of Data Warehousing, Dimensional Modeling, ETL, and RDBMS concepts.
• Experience working in multi-platform environments on complex project assignments.
• Ability to define and capture metadata and rules associated with ETL processes.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Hadoop platforms including Hive, Kafka, NiFi, and Spark.
• Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with real-time streaming technologies and automating production processes.
