Description

You manage end-to-end recruitment processes during US business hours (6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST).

Responsibilities

• Submit candidates for suitable positions and manage follow-ups regarding rates and client interviews.
• Negotiate and close deals effectively to meet hiring needs.
• Work independently and within a team to maintain consistent productivity in a changing environment.
• Handle candidate communications and coordination across time zones.

Required Skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Ability to work the night shift (6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST).
• Strong interpersonal skills for candidate and client engagement.
• Ability to work in a high-paced environment.
• Any graduate degree.
